Hands On (Skills Empowerment)
Empowering Women, Youth, and People with disabilities through vocational training is central to our mission of poverty reduction and sustainable development. We offers skills development programs in areas such as tailoring, agriculture, IT, and entrepreneurship, ensuring that vulnerable individuals are equipped with practical skills that can enhance their employability and provide income-generating opportunities. Through Hands On initiative, we empower vulnerable individuals with the skills needed to pursue careers, start businesses, and contribute to local economies. Our Hands on Project is currently running in Mwinilunga District at Our School Dreams of Hope Academy.
